# How to activate stock tracking in Shopify?

In this article, we will show you how you can activate stock tracking in the Shopify product page.

1. **Log in to Your Shopify Admin**

First, access your Shopify store by logging in to your Shopify admin dashboard. This is where you manage all aspects of your Shopify store, including products, orders, and inventory.

2. **Navigate to Products**

Once you're logged in, find the "Products" section in the left sidebar of your dashboard. Click on it to view your product list. This area allows you to add new products or edit existing ones, including their inventory levels.

3. **Select a Product**

From your list of products, choose the product for which you want to activate stock tracking. Click on the product's name to open its details page.

4. Enable Stock Tracking

From the product page you need to go to : Bulk edit > Columns > Track quantity > Add quantity

That's it. You have now successfully activated the stock tracking in your Shopify product page.
