How to display the console of the browser

Some bugs may not be directly reproducible by the technical team.

So we will need your help!

This procedure allows us to display possible bugs faced in the browser so that we can understand what's wrong.

Here we go!


On the page with the problem, right-click on it and click on "Inspect the element".



On the small window that opened, click on the "Console " tab at the very top



Then take screenshots of the entire contents of the Console



Don't forget to show all the contents of the console!

And that's it! Wait for the support to come back to you !
