# How to give us access through Shopify employer option

Wide Hello!

In this article, we will show you how you can give us access through the Shopify settings by sending us an employee request. 

1. Go to the settings of Shopify and click on Users and Permissions

2. Click on add staff

3. Enter a random first and last name. Then add the email we gave you

4. Select the permissions you give us based on what we asked you to share

5. Send the invite by clicking on the button at the bottom of the page

6. Relax and wait for us to confirm that your problem has been resolved.
