# How to send information from the console

Wide Hello!

In this article, we will show you how to send the information from the console to our support team if there's some kind of problem!

Let's go!

1. Go to your product page, do a right-click and open development tools that can be found all the way down

2. Click on "Console" in the top right corner

2. The console will appear

3. Take the screenshot of the whole console

4. Send the screenshots of the console to our customer support team so that we can check what's the problem!
