# How to track the variants created by WideBundle with CJDROPSHIPPING?

When using WideBundle, you noticed that your variants were replaced in order to create the new ones.

Therefore, if you use CJdropshipping, you lose the link you had with the previous variants.

So let's see how CJdropshipping can still track your commands!

**Prerequisites:**
- CJDropshipping is configured for your product.
- You already created the offers on WideBundle

### 1) Introduction

You created offers on WideBundle to sell the same product multiple times (quantity breaks). Or you created offers that contain different products (bundles).

In both cases, WideBundle created variants in Shopify. For this example, let's say you created 3 offers:

**First offer: **1 tee-shirt
**Second offer: **2 tee-shirts
**Third offer: **3 tee-shirts and 1 hat

Then WideBundle will create these 3 variants in Shopify, replacing the old ones.

But the old ones had [SKUs](https://www.shopify.com/retail/what-is-a-sku-number) that corresponded to products on CJDropshipping. So when someone purchased one of these variants, your agent could just check the SKU and ship the product associated to it.

But as we've said, we replaced these old variants with new ones.

So now we need to link these new variants to CJDropshipping so that your agent knows what products he has to ship when one of these variants is purchased.

Because at this point, your agent doesn't know what products from CJDropshipping are inside each offer.

### 2) Prepare the SKU Table

Your new variants will include multiple products. For example, your variant "3 tee-shirts and 1 hat" contains 4 products in total.

Each product has their own SKU on CJDropshipping. [(How to find the SKUs on CJDropshipping?)](https://help.widebundle.com/en/article/how-to-find-the-skus-on-cjdropshipping-c4rf5h/)

For example,
The SKU of the tee-shirt might be: *SKUTEE01*
The SKU of the hat might be: *SKUHAT00*

But each variant can only have 1 single SKU. Since our variant contains 3 tee-shirts and 1 hat, we can't add 3 times the tee-shirt's SKU and 1 time the SKU's hat.

Instead, we need 1 SKU that will correspond to the 4 products at the same time. The only problem is that on CJDropshipping, there is no SKU for that. Our agent will then need to create these new SKUs for us!

And we'll help him by creating a table that contains our different variants. For each variant we will then add all the product's SKUs that compose it. And we'll then ask our agent to create new SKUs that combine the other ones.

To do so follow the process:

1. Copy [this template](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1GaBdBHl5hRqVzmZLOlTFqVuUDxAEa2ve9NAn2oueeUA/copy) in Google Sheet
2. Add a row for each of your product variant in Shopify

3. For each variant, add in the column "SKUs to combine" the SKUs that compose this variant [(How to find the SKUs on CJDropshipping?)](https://help.widebundle.com/en/article/how-to-find-the-skus-on-cjdropshipping-c4rf5h/)

*For example, for the variant "3 tee-shirts and 1 hat" we will have 3 times the SKU of the tee-shirt and 1 time the SKU of the hat, so "SKUTEE01, SKUTEE01, SKUTEE01, SKUHAT00"*

4. Do this for all your variants

5. Download the file by clicking on "File > Download > Comma Separated Values (csv)

Now we'll need to send that file to our CJDropshipping agent.

### 3) Contact the agent

1. Open your profile

2. Click on **Contact** to contact your agent on Whatsapp (or you can contact your agent through the live chat)

4. Send the following message
> Hello, I am using the Shopify App WideBundle, here is a CSV file. Is it possible to combine the SKUs into new ones so I can sell bundles on my store? Thank you.
5. Add the file you downloaded previously
6. Now wait for the agent to create the new SKUs (it can take up to 3 days)

### 4) Connect the new SKU

Your agent might give you the new SKUs in your table, or somewhere else (for example as a message if you didn't ask for many new variants)

Now that you have new SKUs that correspond to your new variants, you can link them on the CJDropshipping platform so they will be recognized when someone will purchase them

1. Click on **My CJ**

2. Go to **Products** and then **Connections**

3. Click on **Add Automatic Connection**

4. Select your store and click on **Sync** to refresh the product list

5. Find the product where you created your offers and click on **Pin**

6. On the right, search for one of the new SKUs your agent generated to find your product

7. Click on **Connect** on the product that appeared

8. You will notice new variants that were created. Those are your bundles.

9. Now for each of your Shopify variant, you need to link it to the right variant on CJDropshipping

10. Change the Shipping Method as you want and click on **Confirm**

Now that it's done, when a customer will buy your product, CJDropshipping will automatically show the order on the platform. Your new variants will be recognized and the right products will be sent to the customer!
