# I have the error "This variant doesn't exist on Shopify"

When you create offers on WideBundle using the "variant bundles", we will automatically create the same offers on Shopify by creating variants on your product.

And both Shopify and WideBundle need to stay synchronized for the app to work normally. It means that if you need to edit your offers, you should do it on WideBundle.

However, in some cases, WideBundle will lose the synchronization with Shopify and some variants from WideBundle won't exist anymore on WideBundle.

And thus, when trying to add an offer from WideBundle to the cart, you'll have a message saying that this variant doesn't exist on Shopify anymore.

### How to fix this issue

If it's happening for you, you will need to resynchronize your offers between WideBundle and Shopify.

1. Go to WideBundle dashboard
2. Click on the **three dots icon** in front of the product with the error

3. Click on **Remove offers**

4. Keep the variants generated by WideBundle and click on **Remove offers**

5. Click on **+ Add offers**

6. Select the "variants" type if you want to keep the same bundle system, then choose your product in the list and use the method **Re-synchronize offers**

7. Click on Continue

This will allow WideBundle to get your variants from Shopify and use them on the app.

|| ⚠️ If for some reason after re-synchronizing your offers, they don't look the way you want, it means the variants on Shopify are too compromised to be reused by WideBundle and you'll need to recreate your offers
