Incremental Pricing and Billing Charges
Wide Hello!
Note: Only some merchants are on incremental pricing. If you see "My Plan" in the left panel with Basic and Advanced plans, then you are not on the incremental pricing. If you’re on incremental pricing, you’ll see a block on the homepage showing how much you’re paying and your current usage.
Introduction
When you first install the app, you benefit from a 14-day free trial. During that trial, you won’t be charged anything and you can uninstall at any time.
After these 14 days, you’ll pay $14.99/month (if your additional revenue is below $500), and the price will increase incrementally based on your additional revenue each billing cycle.
How does WideBundle pricing work?
Our pricing is based on the amount of additional revenue you generate within a 30-day billing cycle. After each billing cycle, everything resets, meaning your costs can go up or down depending on your results in the next cycle.
- For stores selling in other currencies, the amount is automatically converted to USD.
- How do we calculate additional revenue?
We look at how much a product would cost if it wasn’t in a bundle, then compare it to the final bundle price. The difference between these prices is considered your additional revenue.
Below is our pricing table:
Additional Revenue (USD) | Price per Month |
|---|---|
0 - 499 | $14.99 |
500 - 999 | $19.99 |
1000 - 1999 | $24.99 |
2000 - 4999 | $29.99 |
5000 - 9999 | $44.99 |
10000 - 19999 | $59.99 |
20000 - 49999 | $74.99 |
50000+ | $89.99 |
Example:
- In month 1, if your additional revenue is $350, you’ll pay $14.99.
- In month 2, if you reach $1200 in additional revenue, you’ll pay $24.99.
- In month 3, if your additional revenue drops to $400, your payment goes back down to $14.99.
Why might I be charged multiple times in a single month?
Shopify handles the billing system, and all app charges appear on your final Shopify invoice.
WideBundle uses a combination of a subscription model and usage-based charges. You’ll pay the base rate for your plan, and then additional fees as your additional revenue increases.

Example:
- You start the month with $0 in additional revenue, you pay $14.99.
- After exceeding $500, you get charged the difference up to $19.99.
- Surpass $1000, you pay the difference up to $24.99.
- If your additional revenue decreases in a later billing cycle, your monthly cost also goes down accordingly.
How do I cancel my subscription?
It’s the same process for every Shopify App. Simply uninstall WideBundle, and the subscription will automatically stop.
