How to track the variants created by WideBundle with your OWN STOCK?

Wide Hello! 😁

When using WideBundle, you have noticed that your variants were replaced in order to create the new ones.

Therefore, if you have your own inventory and you had configured SKUs to track your orders, they will no longer exist.

So let's see together how we can proceed

1️⃣ Prerequisite

You have your own stock.

2️⃣ Introduction

Since the offer system works with variants and not discounts, the quantity of an offer always remains 1.

For example: ordering a product with the offer "2 bought = 1 free", when placing an order, you will not have a quantity of 3 for the product but you will have a quantity of 1 for the variant.

This is absolutely normal and it is also the only way to proceed with the tools that Shopify offers.

But then how do you recognize that there are 3 variants?

3️⃣ Create new SKUS

You have several ways to operate.

First of all, you need to know that when a customer will order a variant corresponding to an offer, you will have to send them all the products within the variant.

So you can either create SKUs corresponding to several products that you will put in front of each variant.

Or you can work without SKUs and when ordering, you will have to look at the variant ordered and send the number of products needed.

It's up to you to find the best method to efficiently track the products ordered for each variant.

See you soon! 😁
