My compare at prices disappeared when I changed a country's prices in Market!

Hello!

On Shopify you can change prices by country. You can do this via "Shopify Market".

However, it is not currently possible to modify compare at prices in Shopify Market.

And if you had compare at prices and you try to modify the product's current price, then Shopify Market will simply delete your compare at price!

While we're waiting for Shopify to allow us to modify the compare at price, here's how to do it using the product's CSV file.

1. Go to your products on Shopify

2. Check the product for which the compare at price has disappeared

3. Click on Export at the top

4. Check "Selected: 1 product" and click on "Export products".

5. Open the exported file on Google Sheet (or Excel)

(On Google Sheet: File > Import > Drag and drop downloaded file to import > Import data)

Each line in the file corresponds to a variant of your product.

6. Go to the last columns to find "Compare At Price / COUNTRY".

"COUNTRY" will be replaced by the country where the compare at price does not exist.

7. Add your compare at prices (in the country's currency)

You'll notice that for variants where your compare at price doesn't appear, the column will be empty.

They have been removed by Shopify Market.

Add all your prices as you wish.

8. Export the file in CSV format

(On Google Sheet: File > Download > .csv)_

9. Go back to Shopify and click on "Import".

10. Drag your uploaded file and check "Overwrite any current products that have the same handle".

This will allow Shopify to update the existing product and not recreate a new one.

11. Click on "Upload and continue"

12. Then click on "Import products" and wait for the download to complete

And that's it! The compare at prices have been added back. Wait a few seconds for WideBundle to take the change into account, and everything will appear fine.
