WideBundle doesn't appear on my product page!

You just set up WideBundle and when you check on the product page, the application doesn't appear?
Before going any further, make sure you have followed our tutorial to use WideBundle by clicking here.
Now let's see all the possible reasons for this problem 👇
The Shopify theme editor allows you to edit your theme but WideBundle can't appear on it.
If you want to see the WideBundle module you will have to look directly at your online site as a customer would.
If you are not in the theme editor you can look at the other solutions below
Preview mode allows you to preview your store, for example with another theme. But it is only a preview and WideBundle does not appear on the preview.
To check that you are not on a Shopify Preview link it's easy:
See if you have a "Preview" bar at the bottom of your site
If you see this bar then you are on a Preview of your site and WideBundle will not work here. You will have to look at your site as a client would.
If you are not on a Preview, you can explore the other solutions below
One of the first reasons is that you are not on a product page but on the home page of your store.
To check this it is very simple:
Look at the link of the site you are on
If you do not see at the end of the url the words: "/products/" or "/collections/" or /pages/" then you are probably on the home page.
If WideBundle does not appear on the homepage of your store you can see our tutorial to do it by clicking here
If you are not on the home page you can continue to explore the solutions below.
Another reason is that you are on a custom page and not a product page or the homepage.
To check this:
Look at the link of the site you are on
If you see the term "/pages/" in the url then you are currently on a page type.
If you want to make WideBundle appear on a page type page you can our tutorial by clicking here
If you're not on a custom page you can continue to explore the solutions below.
If you have just changed your theme then the WideBundle script is probably not added to it.
Just open the WideBundle dashboard and WideBundle will update your new theme
Check after a few seconds if WideBundle appears again
If none of the above solutions work, don't hesitate to contact the customer support directly through the chat bubble in the application
